Canvas won’t load

Quick checks
- Make sure you are connected to the correct network: staff use Faculty Wireless, and students use Student Wireless.
- Close and reopen the Canvas tab.
- Restart the device if you have not done so today.
Clear Canvas data
- Clear the site cache or browser cache for Canvas.
- Force quit Chrome and reopen it.
- Try Canvas again in Chrome.
Check the login method
- Use the Sign in with Google option on the Canvas login page.
Still stuck?
Try a reboot, then re-test. If it still fails, capture a screenshot of the error and bring your device to the tech office.
