Chrome won’t load pages

Network check
  1. Try opening another website.
  2. Disconnect from Wi-Fi, then reconnect.
  3. Clear cookies if only some sites fail to load.
Restart Chrome
  • Force quit Google Chrome, then reopen it.
Reinstall Chrome
  1. Open the Manager App and click My Apps.
  2. Reinstall Google Chrome.
  3. Try again.
Still stuck?
Try a reboot, then re-test. If it still fails, capture a screenshot of the error and bring your device to the tech office.
