Try a clean session
- Confirm you are connected to the internet.
- Close Google Chrome and re-open.
- Try signing in on another device.
Reinstall Chrome
- Open the Manager App and click My Apps.
- Reinstall Google Chrome.
- Try signing in again.
Still stuck?
Try a reboot, then re-test. If it still fails, capture a screenshot of the error and bring your device to the tech office.
