Can’t attach files

Check the file
- Verify that the file size and file type are allowed.
- Make sure the file has finished downloading or saving before attaching it.
Try Gmail again
- Clear the browser cache for Gmail.
- Close and reopen Chrome.
- Try a different network if uploads continue to fail.
Use Google Drive instead
- Upload the file to Google Drive.
- In Gmail, choose Insert files using Drive.
- Select the file from Google Drive and attach it.
Still stuck?
Try a reboot, then re-test. If it still fails, capture a screenshot of the error and bring your device to the tech office.
