Quick checks
  1. Check that the device is connected to the internet.
  2. Try refreshing the login screen.
  3. Restart the laptop.
Local login when internet is unavailable
  1. Click the person icon. (It is the 1st button in the top-right menu)
  2. Use your local account name in first.last format, e.g john.doe.
  3. Use the same password you use for school Gmail.

Note: Local login only works if you have already logged into this device before.
