Password works on email but not Mac

Check the basics
- Turn off Caps Lock.
- Check that the keyboard layout is set correctly, such as US instead of International.
- Type the password slowly to make sure no extra spaces or wrong characters are being entered.
Try again after a restart
- Restart the MacBook and try signing in again.
- Use the same password you use for Google/Gmail.
Still stuck?
Try a reboot, then re-test. If it still fails, capture a screenshot of the error and bring your device to the tech office.
