Print job stuck in queue

Clear the queue
- Cancel all print jobs.
- Restart your laptop.
- Make sure PCClient is open and that your name appears at the top of the window.
Try a fresh print
- Force quit PCClient, then reopen it.
- Print a small test page first.
- If printing from a browser, clear browser cookies and try again.
Still stuck?
Try a reboot, then re-test. If it still fails, capture a screenshot of the error and bring your device to the tech office.
