Print job stuck in queue

Clear the queue
  1. Cancel all print jobs.
  2. Restart your laptop.
  3. Make sure PCClient is open and that your name appears at the top of the window.
Try a fresh print
  1. Force quit PCClient, then reopen it.
  2. Print a small test page first.
  3. If printing from a browser, clear browser cookies and try again.
Still stuck?
Try a reboot, then re-test. If it still fails, capture a screenshot of the error and bring your device to the tech office.
