Nothing prints

Check status
  • Make sure you are connected to the correct network: staff use Faculty Wireless, and students use Student Wireless.
  • Look for hidden error messages on your laptop screen.
  • Make sure Canon BW Printer is selected.
  • Make sure PCClient is open.
Try again
  1. Disconnect from Wi-Fi, then reconnect.
  2. Export the document as a PDF.
  3. Print the PDF instead of the original file.
Still stuck?
Try a reboot, then re-test. If it still fails, capture a screenshot of the error and bring your device to the tech office.
