Stabilize the app
  1. Restart the device.
  2. Update the app if an update is available.
  3. Close other apps that may be using a lot of memory.
If the issue continues
  1. If the issue is Google Chrome, reinstall Chrome from Manager.
  2. If the issue is Canvas, use Chrome because Canvas is a web app.
  3. Check device storage and delete unnecessary files if disk space is low.
Still stuck?
Try a reboot, then re-test. If it still fails, capture a screenshot of the error and bring your device to the tech office.
