Quick checks
  • Restart your laptop.
  • Open the app again after the restart finishes.
If it still will not open
  1. If the issue is Google Chrome, reinstall Chrome from Manager.
  2. If the issue is Canvas, open Canvas in Chrome because Canvas is a web app.
  3. Sign out and back in, then confirm your account is active.
Still stuck?
Try a reboot, then re-test. If it still fails, capture a screenshot of the error and bring your device to the tech office.
