Quick steps
- Move closer to an access point. These are the white boxes on the ceiling.
- Make sure you are connected to the correct network: staff use Faculty Wireless, and students use Student Wireless.
- Compare the connection with another device on the same Wi-Fi.
- Clear your browser cookies.
- Restart your laptop if you have not done so today.
Note: During peak usage, internet performance may slow down or appear inconsistent. This can be expected behavior.
Still stuck?
Try a reboot, then re-test. If it still fails, capture a screenshot of the error and bring your device to the tech office.
